Hotel ServicesGuest Rooms - Standard and Extra AmenitiesWe offer large and comfortable air-conditioned rooms, each with well-equipped and bright bathroom.
For your convenience, each room has an ample supply of toiletries, including soap, shampoo, body lotion, hair conditioner, shower cap, shoe polish and hairdryers. A complimentary safe deposit box is provided in each guest room for valuables and documents.
TV, Telecommunications, Internet AccessEach room is equipped with cable TV with broadcasts of various news, sports and entertainment channels in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
The hotel has a modern telephone system and free Internet connection is available in each room.
The Reception will be happy to send and receive faxes and e-mails, and to make or scan copies for you. In addition, a hotel laptop computer is available for guests to borrow at no extra charge.
Food&BeveragesContinental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Complimentary drinking water is provided in each room. The rooms are not equipped with mini-bars, but non-alcoholic beverages (juices, soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee) may be ordered at anytime from Reception.
We do not have a restaurant and do not serve cooked food, but there are many restaurants in the area, which deliver, and we will be happy to order a meal of your choice to be delivered to your room. Snacks (mixed nuts, cookies, chocolate bars) may be ordered at anytime from Reception.
Room CleaningDaily cleaning service is provided and Sunflower guarantees each guest an ideally clean room. Various small items, such as phones, TV remote control, etc. are sanitized for each new guest.
Dry Cleaning and LaundryDry cleaning and laundry services are available.
Guest Services: Business, Art&Culture, ToursWe have an in-house English-speaking Guest Services Manager, and the following services are available:
- business - oral interpretation, written translation, renting conference rooms, coordinating your business agenda, secretarial services, etc.;
- art&culture - opera and theater tickets; visiting art galleries and museums, special exhibitions, concerts and festivals, etc.
- guided individual or group tours - general city tour, historic tours, architectural tours, Kiev Churches, Kiev&Beyond, etc.
TransportationFor our guests we will be happy to arrange transportation from and to the airport, or local transportation in the city, as well as provide assistance with ordering air/train tickets and arranging local trips within Ukraine.
Restaurants and EntertainmentKiev has a vibrant restaurant and nightclub scene. We will be happy to provide you with various restaurant and nightclub guides, as well as make recommendations and reservations.
Newspapers, Magazines, BooksLocal newspapers (including English-language Kiev Post) and some magazines are available. A specific newspaper or magazine can be ordered at the Guest's request. We also have a small library with Ukrainian, English and Russian books available to guests to borrow. |
