Check In/Out and Payment Policy

Check-in time is 1 PM. Check-out time is Noon. Complimentary early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on room availability. Please confirm with Reception in advance.

Upon check-in, we will ask you to sign a bilingual English-Ukrainian form (Russian-Ukrainian version is also available) confirming the room rate, duration of your stay, the services we provide and prices, as well as your name and address. This form will also be sent to you in advance for your review along with confirmation of your reservation.

For payment, we accept cash in local currency UAH, Visa and MasterCard. Money exchange offices and ATM machines are widely available. Payment by cash in UAH must be made in full upon arrival. Use of the credit cards require imprint upon check-in, and at check-out a detailed receipt with itemized charges will be provided. Please note that for credit card payment a 3% bank charge will be added to your bill.

Security and Visitors Policy

Sunflower is fully committed to the security and safety of each guest. Our 24-hour Front Desk and security staff along with security cameras at the entrance doors and secured windows and balcony doors provides a comfortable and safe environment.

Visitors are allowed only if accompanied by guests or by prior arrangement with Reception. For security reasons, we ask each guest to let Reception know in advance that a visitor is expected (unannounced and unknown individuals will not be allowed entrance).

Fire Safety and Non-Smoking Policy

Due to an extremely sensitive fire alarm system installed in our premises, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises except for a designated smoking area in the staircase hall. The no-smoking policy is strictly enforced. An evacuation plan is posted in each guest room.
