Next, Its not a hotel: its big appartment, separaten on rooms. I booked a room with a balcony, kitchen and coffee machine in the photo. 24 hours before check-in, the administrator of this hotel contacted me and informed me that they would not be able to accommodate us in a room with a balcony and a kitchen, without explaining the reasons. According to the rules of the booking-site, I can`t cancel the reservation for 24-hours before checking-in. That is, I had to either check into the available room, or cancel and pay the full price of the room in which I was not accommodated.
